Letters of Hope is a publication of the Dallas Metroplex Intergroup. This newsletter is published monthly, written by OA members, giving them the opportunity to share their stories of experience, strength and hope. Many share their challenges and triumphs of recovery from compulsive overeating. Announcements and upcoming events are also listed in the publication.
